Boney Travels - Terms and Conditions
By booking and traveling with Boney Travels, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Bookings and Payments:

All bookings are subject to availability.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Fares are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Cancellations and Refunds:

Cancellations made 24 hours before departure may be eligible for a 75% refund, subject to a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are generally non-refundable.
No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
Boney Travels reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., mechanical issues, severe weather). In such cases, passengers will be offered a full refund or an alternative travel option.

3. Baggage:

Passengers are permitted one piece of luggage, not exceeding 62 linear inches (length + width + height) and 50 lbs (23 kg) per piece.
Boney Travels is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged baggage. Passengers are advised to keep valuables and essential items with them.

4. Passenger Conduct:

Passengers must behave in a respectful manner towards staff and other passengers.
Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the bus without refund.
Smoking, vaping, and consumption of alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited on board.

5. Delays and Schedule Changes:

Boney Travels endeavors to operate on schedule, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Boney Travels is not liable for any losses or inconveniences incurred due to delays or schedule changes.

6. Liability:

Boney Travels is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Passengers travel at their own risk.

7. Children and Minors:

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Specific policies regarding unaccompanied minors (if applicable) will be provided upon request.

8. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Madhya Pradesh, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madhya Pradesh, India.

9. Amendments:

Boney Travels reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website or upon request.
